Cuttington provides a remedial program for students seeking enrolment who have, for academic reasons, not met the requirements for entry. Students who sit and fail to meet the requirements for the undergraduate or associate degree programs will not be accepted into the university as regular students until such time as they re-sit and pass the entrance exam. However, in order to upgrade their academic skills and prepare them for college work, the university will provide a one-year remedial program into which they are eligible to enlist. The student must make a “C” grade in the remedial course(s) in order to be accepted in the regular program. A student who fails this program will be allowed to enlist as many times as is necessary to pass the entrance exam.
